I use improv & evidence-based methods I learned working in human behavior research to help awesome employers stay awesome as they grow. Through employee development trainings, workshops specifically for leaders and managers, team building experiences, speaking engagements and content retention materials, I help companies attract, engage and retain fantastic employees.

  • More Than Fun Team Building™: 90-minute improv experience for up to 20 employees designed to introduce the core improv skills that build trust, foster meaningful collaboration and improve communication among team members. This is great as a precursor to happy hour, or as a jump start to a planned retreat/brainstorming day.

  • Individual Coaching: 12-week one-on-one coaching program for developing skills in organic leadership, self advocacy, listening and communication hygiene (we don’t call them “skills” on purpose!), and targeting specific personal outcomes (such as career advancement, confidence building, or public speaking ability). Package includes a 90-minute applied improv workshop for up to 10 people.  (Offer still valid for waitlist.)

  • The Art of Confrontation™: 6-week online course teaching improv-infused conflict resolution tactics for increasing communication and collaboration at work by building skill around confrontation and feedback. Registration includes access to video and audio-only course content, course materials, homework assignments and two live Q&A calls. $50 off individual enrollment; 10% off group package.

  • Confrontation for the Win!™: 1/2 day training experience for up to 10 employees designed to teach the applications of improv that make a notable difference in confrontation outcomes. Participants learn the mechanics of healthy confrontation, the key moments when the use of specific improv skills will change the direction of the confrontation for the better and specific mindset and behavior shifts that have a lasting impact on their approach to conflict resolution. This is a high-impact experience ideal for leaders who are proactively seeking to fortify a healthy, thriving corporate culture, especially in times of transition.
