Learn the Core Five improv skills that transform office communication, collaboration and confrontation, and practice these skills through fun, non-terrifying mindful improv games and activities. This is a substantive training full of impactful content that doubles as a fun and enjoyable team building activity. For leaders, HR staff, general staff or a mix! 2. It Was Just a Joke This training is named after a common excuse given by those accused of harassment in the workplace. This program is designed to bridge the gap between employers' desire for a safe working environment for all (and the avoidance of EEOC law suits) and the employees' desire to express their personalities, get to know one another through humor and navigate casual conversation at work without constant fear of saying or doing the wrong thing. The training provides a clear, legal understanding of harassment (sexual and otherwise) and provides a fresh approach to teaching teams how to avoid it. For leaders, HR staff, general staff or a mix! 3. Making it Matter Learn the 4 critical moments when a team member decides whether you truly embrace their contributions and perspective, or whether they've been hired to meet a quota or preserve a politically correct appearance. Tokenization, accidental as it may be, is hurtful to team members and detrimental to the success of a company. This training equips leaders, managers and HR team members to avoid accidental tokenization and create a truly inclusive work environment. |
