​LEADING BEYOND™ PROGRAM STRUCTURE

3 months of individual work together that includes both structured and emerging content. You'll learn my unique Mindful Improv Methodology that introduces laughter and actionable processes to help you tap into the most critical but abstract components of heart-centered leadership: e.g. courage, alignment and peace.

​10 hour-long individual coaching sessions, plus forever access to Achieving Culture Continuity content.

5 Week, Online Cohort

PROGRAM PROMISE

You'll learn how to c​onsistently:
Model desired leadership behavior, specifically
  • Navigating tender, change-motivating conversations
  • Giving and receiving feedback
  • Coaching/re-engaging team members effectively

​Identify hindrances to culture continuity & root causes
  • Provide appropriate accountability, change support and follow through​
  • Motivate desired outcomes without the need to "force" team members into compliance
Implement a culture in which
  • Confrontation is understood and embraced for what it really is: the single most critical TOOL for creating unity
  • ALL team members feel included and safe
  • ALL leaders are equipped with practical skills and processes to create that kind of safety and inclusion
  • Your core values (aka: employer brand) are consistently present in tangible ways

STRUCTURE

Five 75-minute Group Sessions
  • Lesson guided by slides
  • Submitted questions will be answered
  • Implementation Assignments Given
​Prior to each group session, you’ll receive a preview of upcoming content with a link to submit initial questions, or questions from the week before.

Included: One individual session (must be booked within one month of public cohort end), ongoing email support, and forever access to slides, handouts and session recordings

​PAYMENT OPTIONS

Group Cohort - Individual Enrollment: 
  • Pay upfront: $2300 ($300 savings) when paid in full at time of enrollment,
  • Payment Plan: 12 monthly payments of $217
  • Group Enrollment: Save 10% on your first 3* when you enroll multiple from the same company. Contact me directly for billing.​
