Achieving Culture Continuity is a 5 week virtual program for leaders seeking to restore or strengthen culture during times of growth or change. The goal is to bring your entire leadership team into alignment with your vision for a wildly successful, people-first company where team members feel (and are) deeply appreciated, respected and empowered to build amazing things.

The program introduce your team to mindful improv thinking and it's applications for several critical leadership functions including:

  • Empathy minded accountability 
  • Processes for giving and receiving difficult feedback honorably
  • Separating intuition from implicit bias or other fear-based thinking
  • Restorative practices for true equity and inclusion 
  • Fundamental building blocks for creating a Culture of Curiosity: where teams innovate and thrive together more naturally

Model desired leadership behavior:
  • Navigating tender, behavior-change-motivating conversations
  • Giving and receiving difficult feedback
  • Creating a culture of true belonging where team members feel valued and inspired to do their best work

​Identify hindrances to culture continuity & root causes
  • Provide appropriate accountability, change support and follow through​ for other leaders and team members
  • Motivate desired outcomes without the need to "force" team members into compliance
  • Determine if and when it is appropriate to part ways with a fractious leader or team  member
Implement a culture in which
  • Team members know how to communicate and collaborate effectively, even and especially amidst disagreement
  • ALL team members feel included and safe
  • ALL leaders are equipped with practical skills and processes to create that kind of safety and inclusion
  • Your core values (aka: employer brand) are consistently present in tangible ways across all teams and departments

INCLUDED IN BASE PROGRAM:

  • Five, 90-minute live training sessions including time for content delivery, Q&A and implementation assignments
  • One, 30-minute individual session (must be booked within one month of session end) for each participant
  • Forever access to slides, handouts and session recordings

INCREASING PROGRAM IMPACT:
