Improvising the Inside is a workshop series using improv and mindfulness to identify and overcome what's holding us back from living our fullest lives.
How it works: We’ll spend three hours using carefully chosen short form improv, mindfulness and guided reflection exercises laser focused on helping us unpack one obstacle at a time to living our fullest lives. This is a safe space to laugh, cry, reflect, ask questions and grow together.
Topics for 2018 include forgiveness , confrontation in our personal lives, conflict at work, and allowing release when it's time to part ways (among others.)

Each workshop is capped at 15 participants to ensure a personal and meaningful experience. After the workshop, you’ll have access to a private Facebook group for Improvising the Inside workshop participants. Here, you can connect with others on a similar journey for support and accountability: change doesn’t happen overnight! It’s a choice we have to keep on making, and it’s easier when you’re not alone.
Given the 15-participant cap for Saturday morning workshops, it is requested that you purchase a ticket ahead of time. This also helps us plan for food and materials.
