I'd like to thank you for your support and patronage in 2018, and wish you a very happy holiday season! It's been a year of building, a year of crossing milestones, and a year of spreading hope and freedom through improv.
I'm so glad you're along for the journey, and I'm so excited for all that 2019 will bring. (Some special announcements at the end of this post!) Special thanks to the amazing team I've had coaching, collaborating, supporting and creating alongside me this year: Aimee Juarez, Alyse Flack Brown, Joy Bufalini, Erin Kelly, and my amazing husband Kyle.
This year, &Beyond introduced thousands of people to mindful improv, and the implications of applying those principles (present-focus, supporting readily, listening purposefully, taking risks and rolling with change) to life and work. This year would NOT have been possible without each of you. Thank you!
Here's a quick look at what was launched in 2018:
I am thrilled by the impact we've been able to have this year: helping people reshape what it means to lead, what it means to collaborate and what it means to grow fearlessly.
And we're just getting started!
We are piloting a partnership with Rhabit Analytics - a software tool designed to provide a data-driven picture of culture and employee engagement over time, and psychologically safe, actionable feedback to team members. Beginning in 2019, engagements with &Beyond can include use of Rhabit as a way of determining program efficacy and also providing direction for allocation of individual coaching hours and program direction. I'm very excited about this, and think this will be a wonderful way to serve my clients at an even higher level.
We're taking this show on the road - with a weekend retreat called Freedom Weekend: a weekend of mindful improv, laughter, meditation, good food and practical/actionable guidance for growing as a human and as a professional.
This has been a long time in the making, and we are SO excited to begin laying the groundwork for hosting it this spring at MONTREAT near Asheville, North Carolina. Registration will open for this in January, so keep an eye out.
